STEP INTO THE STUDIO

Our Step + Strength classes combine intentional strength and resistance training with high impact fat burning cardio through a low impact mechanism – the Stairmaster.  This personalized training approach in a group setting supports all fitness levels, from beginner to advanced to achieve results.

Our Yoga classes are energizing, vinyasa - breath to movement classes with challenging flows and creative sequences, in our HOT yoga studio.

At Align, our goal is to help you get stronger and also smarter with your training. Education is an important part of our program, our clients learn to continually challenge themselves for more results. Our unique and balanced approach combines strength, steady-state cardio, and yoga for a truly comprehensive training program.

Our S+S classes alternate the muscle group focus to allow your body the time it needs to recover and build lean muscle mass.  

STAIRMASTERS

Improve cardiovascular health and increase your metabolic rate. It’s steady state cardio, where your body burns more fat for fuel and it’s safe on joints. 

YOGA

Our heated yoga classes support recovery from strength training, improve form, mind body connection, strength and overall well-being.

COMMUNITY

At Align you are supported, we do this together. We have a community of people encouraging your growth. It’s a personalized fitness experience in a small group setting (classes max out at 16 people)

I’m grateful, ecstatic and so inspired you’re here; I can’t wait to share ALIGN with you.

Personally, I have been using the Stairmaster as my favorite form of cardio for the past 15 years.

Why the Stairmaster?

Well, I have always loved running…  5K's, 10K's, competing in Spartan races, half marathons, and just running for leisure. But this type of training took its toll, causing chronic foot pain that became a struggle whenever I hit the pavement…One of the best things I ever did for my body was cut WAY back on running and replace it with the Stairmaster. Frequent training on the Stairmaster has allowed me to support my body and joints for longevity and a killer workout, not to mention, it’s an AMAZING booty workout.

WHAT MAKES ALIGN DIFFERENT?

As a long time trainer and former science teacher, I will always preach that knowledge is power.  At ALIGN you’re not just working out, you’re learning THE WHY.  Our muscle group-focused Step + Strength classes are programmed by master trainers who are there to support and educate you to reach your fitness goals.  You show up and we ALWAYS show up for you.

We aren’t just a strength training studio, we also specialize in teaching Yoga. We believe that wellness and fitness are really about wholeness. That’s why we offer classes to strengthen your body, center your mind and calm your nervous system. Our classes are accessible for any fitness level and will empower you to be your best self.
