PERSONALIZED TRAINING IN A FUN GROUP SETTING

STEP + STRENGTH

A 50-minute Stairmaster + Strength Training class: it consists of three rounds of steady state cardio on the stairs and three rounds of strength and resistance training on the floor. The strength training alternates body parts each day so you can train your muscles to their max while getting adequate rest in between workouts.  Strength training breaks down your muscles and when they recover they come back stronger.

STEP + STRENGTH FOUNDATIONS

A 50-minute Stairmaster + Strength Training Class is a great place to begin and build confidence with weight training at ALIGN. This class was designed for beginners or clients wanting to break down the exercises even more, with a chance to slow things down and really feel the burn. You will still get an amazing and challenging workout including strength training and stepping – in this class, you always strengthen your entire body!

POWER FLOW

A 50-minute energizing breath-to-movement vinyasa yoga class, with posture and alignment guidance. You can expect balance challenges, back bends, and a dynamic flow. Designed to increase strength, flexibility, and mind-body awareness. A favorite for beginners and all levels.

We offer heated (85-95 degree) classes and non-heated classes

May include: core work, optional arm balances/inversions

VINYASA FLOW

A 50-minute slow flow breath-to-movement yoga class, with posture and alignment guidance. Moving slowly to feel into each posture, you will be guided through a slow warm up into a steady energized flow, ending with some restorative postures. Beginners and all levels welcome.

We offer heated (85-95 degree) classes and non-heated classes

STEP ACTIVATE FLOW

The first ever Stairmaster, Resistance Training and Yoga class all in one. SAF is the perfect balance to the weight training classes we offer all week long.  Instead of lifting heavy, in this class you’ll use bands and smaller movements to strengthen your slow twitch muscle fibers that support your strength training during the week.  

Class breakdown:  10 Minute Stairmaster + 10 Minute Resistance training on the floor ending with 25 Minutes of HOT yoga flow

OUR SCHEDULE IS INTENTIONAL.

We designed our program and classes for you to get the most effective workouts possible.  We focus on different muscle groups on alternating days, so that you can workout with us as often as you like, while still being able to recover and build lean muscle mass.
