PERSONALIZED TRAINING IN A FUN GROUP SETTING

STEP + STRENGTH

A 50-minute Stairmaster + Strength Training class: it consists of three rounds of steady state cardio on the stairs and three rounds of strength and resistance training on the floor. The strength training alternates body parts each day so you can train your muscles to their max while getting adequate rest in between workouts.  Strength training breaks down your muscles and when they recover they come back stronger.

POWER FLOW

A 50-minute heated, energizing breath-to-movement vinyasa class designed to challenge and uplift. Expect balance work, backbends, chaturangas, and dynamic sequences that build strength, flexibility, and stamina. With posture and alignment guidance throughout, this practice cultivates resilience and sharpens mind-body awareness, leaving you feeling both powerful and centered. Beginners and all levels welcome.

May include: core work, optional arm balances/inversions

VINYASA FLOW

A 50-minute heated breath-to-movement practice with posture and alignment guidance. Moving slowly and intentionally, you’ll feel into each shape as you transition from a gentle warm-up into a steady, energized flow. The practice closes with restorative postures, leaving you grounded, renewed, and guided into a deeper connection of breath, body, and mind. Designed to awaken the body and deepen self-awareness. Beginners and all levels welcome.

STEP ACTIVATE FLOW

The first ever Stairmaster, Resistance Training and Yoga class all in one. SAF is the perfect balance to the weight training classes we offer all week long.  Instead of lifting heavy, in this class you’ll use bands and smaller movements to strengthen your slow twitch muscle fibers that support your strength training during the week.  

Class breakdown:  10 Minute Stairmaster + 10 Minute Resistance training on the floor ending with 25 Minutes of yoga flow

OUR SCHEDULE IS INTENTIONAL.

We designed our program and classes for you to get the most effective workouts possible.  We focus on different muscle groups on alternating days, so that you can workout with us as often as you like, while still being able to recover and build lean muscle mass.
