ALIGN Step + Strength, operated by Align Studios LLC (“ALIGN,” “we,” or “us”), respects your privacy. This policy explains the information we collect and use when you visit alignstrength.com, create an account, book or attend a class, buy a product, contact us, or use our connected booking experience. Information we collect

We collect information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, account and billing details, purchases, reservations, attendance, messages, and preferences. If you voluntarily tell us about injuries, accessibility needs, or other information to help an instructor support you, we use that information for that purpose. Please share only what is needed.

Our website and app providers may also collect technical information, such as device and browser details, IP address, pages visited, and interactions with the site or booking tools. Cookies and similar technologies may support essential site functions and help us understand site use. Your browser settings may let you limit cookies, though parts of the site may then work differently.

How we use information

We use information to create and manage accounts; process purchases and payments; book, change, and check clients into classes; administer memberships and waitlists; send transaction and class updates; respond to questions; provide a safe and welcoming studio experience; improve our services; protect accounts; and comply with legal obligations. We may send studio news and offers by email or text where you have opted in or where otherwise permitted. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails through the message link and opt out of marketing texts using the instructions in the text.

Payments and service providers

We use providers to operate our website, scheduling and app integration, payments, email and communications. These include Squarespace for the website, Mariana Tek for booking and account management, and IPSTUDIO for the web integration. Other providers may support payment processing and communications. These providers receive information needed to perform their services for us. For example, a booking provider needs your account and reservation details, and a payment processor needs payment details to complete a purchase. ALIGN does not need to receive or store your full payment card number to process an online payment. Providers' own privacy notices may also describe their handling of information when you use their services.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect clients or our business, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share mobile opt-in information or consent with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Your choices and requests

You may update many account details through the booking system. To request access to or correction or deletion of information we hold, or to ask about our practices, email mikala@alignstrength.com. We will respond in accordance with applicable law and may need to retain records required for purchases, taxes, disputes, or other legal reasons. Opting out of marketing does not stop essential messages about your account or bookings.

Security and retention

We use reasonable measures and service providers to protect information, but no website or electronic transmission is completely secure. We retain information as long as needed for the purposes described above, including account service, business records, dispute resolution, and legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it as appropriate.

Children

ALIGN classes are for clients age 16 and older. A parent or guardian must accompany a client under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 16 through our website or app. Contact us if you believe a child under 16 has provided information to us.

Other sites and changes

Our site or booking experience may link to other services with their own privacy practices. This policy applies to ALIGN's handling of information. We may update it and will post the revised policy with a new date here.

SMS and Mobile Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
